Service Agreement:
The two service agreements we can offer are the following:
Monthly Service Agreement - Once a month we would go to the site, clear the drain lines, clean the grease-trap, chemically treat the drains (degreaser), and visually inspect the plumbing. This is an average two to three hour trip, which could be scheduled in advance. At this time, if the serviceman notices any additional work that may need to be done, a written estimate will be sent within four hours.
Standard Service Agreement - When needed, we will go to the site and repair/replace what needs to be fixed at our hourly base rate plus materials. Unless the problem is an emergency, we would need to be called the day before the requested visit. Our serviceman and the appropriate manager could also schedule random visits for clearing the drains and cleaning the grease-trap.

Copper Piping:
There is a choice of galvanized steel, plastic or copper pipes for your plumbing needs. Galvanized steel is corroding fast, plastic is not allowed in most communities for drinking water. Copper piping is the best option, especially considering its life expectancy and variety of uses water, drain, radiant heat, air.

Gas Lines:

Chris Plumbing, Inc. does repairs of all plumbing fixtures, including but not limited to the following: faucets, spouts, faucet handles, shower valves, shower heads, shower pans, toilets, bathtubs. Drain and Sewer Cleaning:
We use powerful cable machines to break through any stoppage in a sewer or drain pipe. Rotating steel cutter blades clear build up in a pipe. Clogged sewer is always a major and unpleasant emergency. Rooter, Hydro-Jett:
A drain machine cleans sewer or drain by means of rotating a flexible cable through the pipe and cutting, boring and retrieving the blockage. There is a set of attachments that can be used on the end of the cable to facilitate cleaning. Plumber have to use a combination of proper machine, cable size and attachment in order to remove the blockage. We have it all - a variety of cleaning machines capable of cleaning mains up to 12 inch and experience of using appropriate machine and attachments in appropriate situation.
Another superior tool that we use in drain cleaning is Hydro-Jett machine. Jetting process cleans a drain with water under a pressure of thousands of pounds. Hydro-Jet is a much better tool, than cable machine, in cleaning a line from residues of soap, sand and grease.

Video Camera Inspection:
Very often you dont know what is causing a sewer problem and replacing it, is not the only option. We have all necessary video equipment that can locate any problematic areas by actually seeing what is inside of your sewer system. Video camera is built to take an abuse and still being able to generate clear pictures. Cameras stainless steel body and sapphire lens protects equipment from damage. Lights provide enough illumination to recognize obstacles.
